I have created a Pageflakes start page for myself. So far, I have added 18 top links to key websites I visit regularly, including OLIS, OxLIP, the RSC web catalogue and key resources for refugee / forced migration studies. I added some flakes for RSS feeds for latest acquisitions in other libraries, along with a few other RSS feeds. I have kept some of the flakes which came with page as they are quite handy - the calendar, calculator and to-do list.

It is still fairly basic, but I wanted to get started and 'have a go' to see what can be done. It was very straightforward and I would recommend it as a way of creating a web page for organising all your favourite websites and newsfeeds without needing any HTML knowledge.
